COLLOIDAL SOLUTIONS OF CdS/L-CYSTEIN NANOPARTICLES: FEATURES, SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES

چکیده
The article presents materials of the review international and domestic scientific papers devoted to technology synthesis research properties nanosized particles based on semiconductor material CdS, cadmium sulfide stabilized by biocompatible amino acid L-cysteine. mainly focuses results that reflect different methods nanoparticles materials, main stages their formation maturation, dependence shape, size, morphology, conditions, concentration, ratio starting reagents in reaction medium, additive effect components studied CdS / L-Cysteine nanoparticles.
 goal paper is establish physicochemical regularities processes low-dimensional CdS-based structures with colloidal solutions CdS/L-Cys nanocrystals predicted properties, elucidation correlation between thermodynamic conditions systems morphology nanoparticles, optical properties.
